Maha Amsterdam offers a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery, ensuring you have ample time to decide if your new fashion pieces are the perfect fit. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box or a similar protective container, ensuring the original invoice is included inside.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest designated courier point; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects and approves your return at our Amsterdam warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
